Melissa Bell is an Early Childhood Special Education teacher in the Community Based Preschool Program. She was born and raised in Rhode Island. Ms. Bell taught Special Education in the state of Massachusetts for seven years before joining Clark County School District in August 2014.
This is her eleventh year teaching Special Education, and her third year teaching at Gragson Elementary School. Ms. Bell received her undergraduate with a dual certification in Early Childhood Education and Special Ed; with a concentration in Severe Profound disabilities from Rhode Island College in Providence, RI. She went on to earn her M.Ed. in Special Education from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
Ms. Bell continues to build on her current knowledge of Early Childhood Education and hopes to instill a love of learning for all of her students has she shares her own passion of learning with them.
