Teresa Dipietro has taught 9 years with the Clark County School District as an Elementary School Teacher, and now the Primary Autism Teacher.  Previously she worked in California for 22 years as an Elementary School Teacher, School Readiness Language Development Program Teacher, Math Instructional Coach, and Title I and Bilingual Coordinator, in charge of special programs and Parent Education Workshops.

Mrs. Dipietro continues her education by seeking an Autism Endorsement.  She has a passion for special needs children, and has enjoyed working for the past three years with the Primary Autism Class at Oran K. Gragson Elementary School.  She continues learning and in 2014, Mrs. Dipietro completed her initial training in the Orton-Gillingham methodology.  Mrs. Dipietro’s motto is:  “You are never too old to learn something new.”

In her spare time, Mrs. Dipietro enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.  She and her family love visiting California, especially making frequent visits to Disneyland.
